i made Wagashi "Minazuki";)
Japanese traditional lucky confectionery "Minazuki" is eaten at the end of June(just the half of the year) in Kyoto.the day is called "Nagoshi no harae".
"Nagoshi no harae" is a ceremony to drive away evil spirits and to pray for peace and quiet.
the azuki part(top of the minazuki)represents expelling evil,the mochi(Uiro) part represents ice for fleeing heat of the summer.

ingredients / using 15㎝(5.9inches)×15cm square mold
110g flour
17g jyoyoko (you can use rice powder)
130g jyohakuto(you can use granulated sugar)
110g kanokomame(azuki in syrup)
300-320ml warm water
