How to make a grilled Wagyu Steak & Japanese chimichurri

Ingrediens:
Rib-Eye Wagyu Steak or any other Steak you like
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoon fish sauce or soy sauce
1 cup (bunch) shiso leaves
3 walnuts
1 garlic clove
2 T olive oil
dash of lime juice

Preparation:
Preheat your grill to very high heat and best heat up a plancha as well. The Wagyu Steak is very fatty and with a plancha you can sear the ME.AT in it´s own fat (taste explosion).

Put the shiso leaves into a blender, add the garlic and walnuts and blend. The add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Grill the Steak (depending on size) for 1 minute per side, leave to rest for 5 minutes, and cut into slices. Serve with the Japanese Chimichurri and enjoy.
