Make Cheese Burst Pizza (NO OVEN) like Domino's at home| Cheese Sauce| Tortilla| Pizza in Kadai
This recipe of easy cheese burst pizza like Domino's India includes recipe of pizza dough, tortilla, cheese sauce with peppy paneer as toppings.
Cheese Burst is the best crust for all cheese lovers.

Following are the ingredients :
Pizza Dough :
- All purpose flour (1 cup for pizza dough)
- Cornmeal (2 Tbsp) ( https://amzn.to/2HXnIak)
- Instant Yeast (https://amzn.to/2H5nRrK) (3/4 Tsp)
- Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
- Salt
- Softened Butter ( 2 Tbsp)
- Warm water

Tortilla
- All purpose flour (1 Cup)
- Baking Powder (1/4 Tsp) (https://amzn.to/2JYlKvm)
- Salt to taste
- Desi Ghee (1 Tbsp)
- Hot water

Cheese Sauce :
- Processed Cheddar Cheese )( I use GO processed Cheese )
- Milk (2 Tbsp)
- Butter (1 Tbsp)
- Glass jar ( I have used a mason jar )

Toppings : Marinated Paneer
- Paneer (1/4 Cup)
- Cumin Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Coriander Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Cinnamon Powder (1/4 Tsp)
- Turmeric Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Salt to taste

- Mozzarella Cheese ( I use GO Mozzarella cheese sauce )
- Pizza sauce
- Olives
- Capsicum

How to make Cheese Burst Pizza ??

Step 1 : Pizza Dough

- Mix all purpose flour, yeast, salt, sugar and cornmeal.
- Add warm water
- Knead so that it becomes a soft sticky dough
- Add Softened Butter
- Knead until butter is well incorporated
- Flour the surface and knead until the dough becomes very smooth.
- Oil the bowl
- Form a ball by tugging in the sides and cover
- Rest for 1 to 2 hours or until the dough doubles in size

Step 2 : Tortilla
- While the pizza dough is rising, make tortillas
- Mix all the dry ingredients : all purpose flour, baking powder, salt
- Put desi ghee and mix it well
- The flour should resemble bread crumbs consistency
- Using hot water, make a soft dough
- Rest it for 30 min
- Roll the tortillas according to the size of your pizza pan
- Roll them as evenly as possible
- Cook on medium flame
- Keep them aside & use while assembling

Step 3 : Cheese Sauce
- Put grated Processed Cheese in a glass jar
- Put milk and butter
- Seal it
-In a sauce pan, heat water, when tiny bubbles appear put the jar in it
- Shake the jar well before exposing it to the heat
- Keep on low flame for 15 min or until all the cheese is melted
- Blend it for a min for smooth consistency
** Note : If the cheese sauce hardens when you are assembling then put it back in the water bath for 5 min and it will have perfect consistency

Step 4 : Marinated Peppy Paneer
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and give it a toss to mix it well.

Step 5 : Assembling

- Oil a pizza pan ( You can use a steel plate as well, but due to heat it might change its color slightly)
- Sprinkle cornmeal
- Put pizza dough and flatten it
- Rest it for 15 to 30 min as 2nd rise
- On the tortilla, pour cheese sauce and spread it
- Put the tortilla upside down on the pizza dough
- Press the sides so that tortilla would not seperate
- Apply Pizza sauce, leaving the sides
- Put 2/3 cup or more mozzarella cheese
- Put your favorite toppings.
- I have used paneer, capsicum, olives

- OVEN : Bake at 200C for 12 - 15 min
- Take a kadai, put salt (1/2 Cup)
- Spread it
- Put a hot pot stand
- Put a perforated plate to avoid direct heat
- Pre-heat this arrangement for 10 - 15 min
- Put pizza pan
- Cover and bake it for 20 - 25 min on medium flame
- Slice and serve it with lots of love
