2 lbs fish fillets
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 large egg
2 tbsp Maggy sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
1 cup all purpose flour
+¼ cup all purpose flour
1 ½ cups beer
Salt to taste
Plenty of Oil for frying
