Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken Breast
- 5 Cloves
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 7 Black Pepper corn
- 400 ml Fresh Cream
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- Lettuce
- Carrot
- Cabbage
- Bell Pepper
- Boiled Sweet Corn
- Onion
- Apple
- Olives
- Salt
- Add fresh parsley if available at home, which enhance taste of the salad
- Add vegetables of your choice for salad like boiled potato, broccoli

Preparation Method :

Step 1 :
In a sauce pan, add chicken breast, salt, black pepper corn and cinnamon stick.
Add water and boil it for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly
Transfer chicken to the plate, then shred the chicken and add oyster sauce to the shredded chicken and mix well. Keep a side

Step 2 :
In a large bowl, add fresh cream, mayonnaise and dijon mustard, combine everything together and keep a side

Step 3 :
Take large bowl, add lettuce, chopped carrot, raw cabbage, bell pepper ( red and yellow bell pepper gives better taste to salad), fresh parsley, boiled sweet corn, onion, apple, olives, (You can add any vegetable of your choice)
Add shredded chicken to the bowl and pour prepared fresh cream mixture and give a very good mix. Please add salt if required.
Serve this Chicken Salad immediately or remaining salad keep in fridge and serve later.
Try to finish it off within 12 hours from the preparation time
