Paneer Cheese Square ( Lifafa ) Paratha| Mughlai Paratha|Easy Lunch box or Breakfast Recipe
This is an easy paratha recipe which is very much rich in protein as it contains paneer and cheese.

Ingredients :

- Wheat Flour (2 Cups) (https://amzn.to/2mpbGy4)
- Salt to taste
- Oil (2 Tbsp)
- Water to knead a soft dough


Paneer filling :

- Butter (1 Tbsp)
- Onion ( 1/2 Cup )
- Ginger Garlic Paste (1 Tbsp)
- Green chillies (1 Tsp)
- Turmeric (1/2 Tsp)
- Cumin Powder (1 Tsp)
- Coriander Powder (1 Tsp)
- Garam Masala (1/2 Tsp)
- Amchur Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Red Chilli Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Grated Paneer (200 Grams)
- Ajwain/ Carom Seeds (1/2 Tsp)
- Fresh Coriander (2 Tbsp)
- Mozzarella Cheese (2 - 3 Tbsp)


Procedure :

- In a bowl, put wheat flour, salt, oil and water
- Knead to form a soft dough
- Rest for 15 - 30 min

Paneer filling :

- Put butter in a pan.
- Put finely chopped onions, green chillies and garlic ginger paste
- Saute for 2 - 3 min
- Put all the masala ( turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste )
- Saute for a 1 - 2 min
- Put grated Paneer
- Saute for 2 min
- Put ajwain and fresh coriander
- Let it cool slightly
- Take a ball sized dough
- Sprinkle some flour
- Roll a circle, thinner than usual.
- Put paneer filling in the middle
- Add mozzarella cheese ( You can use any cheese available )
- Fold it like an envelope
- Seal it with some water
- Roll again slightly after folding
- Heat a tawa
- On medium heat put the paratha and roast until it is golden brown by apply oil.
- You can shallow fry it or deep fry but in order to keep it healthier I have used only sufficient amount of oil to make it crispy.
- Serve it with dahi or yogurt
