To Healthy Tofu lovers, here is a simple, easy to make cooking that you might like. With ground pork incorporate with spicy tofu & tasty sauce, over steamed cooked rice, makes perfect combination for a meal. Here is that list of Ingredients, to be able to "copy & paste" then print. 6 oz. ------- ground pork
12 oz ------ tofu (soft type)
2 Tbsp ----- cooking oil
1 Tbsp ----- each, ginger, garlic & green onion (minced - chopped)
1 tsp ------- dried red chili flakes
premix sauce:
1⅓ cup --- pork broth
¼ tsp ----------- szechwan peppercorn powder
2 Tbsp ----------- Light soy sauce
1 Tbsp ----------- each, rice wine & broad bean paste with chili

starch-water mixture: 2 Tbsp water & ½ Tbsp corn starch

2 Tbsp ------------ green onion (chopped for garnishing)

4 cups ------------- cooked steamed white rice (for 2 servings)
