i made no-bake cheesecake for Star Festival!;)
it's sweet,lemon cheese and apple flavor.
this time,i used Butterfly pea flower tea concentrate(apple flavored).it's changed color when you add lemon juice.
i bought this concentrate on village vanguard online.

ingredients
200ml cream cheese(at RT)
200ml fresh cream
60g granurated sugar
2tbsps lemon juice
5g gelatin powder(melt with 50ml water and microwave500W for 20secs)
buckwheat cookies
yellow peach(in syrup)
edible gold
melted gelatin(×2)
(1.5g gelatin powder melt with 50ml water and microwave(500W) for 20secs)

white rum(if desired)
1 tsp granurated sugar
Butterfly pea flower tea concentrate(you can use Butterfly pea flower tea or Mallow tea instead of this)
