This Hara Bhara Kebab Salad tastes so much better than Subway Salad| Baked Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe
Salads aren't always boring .. Try this healthy yet very tasty salad today and be amazed.
I have made Hara Bhara Kebab Salad since these kebabs are rich in protein yet low in fat and carbohydrates.
Making at home has many advantages but the most important pro is it is so much more cheaper. It does not even cost you 100 Rs per salad so do try.

So lets check out the ingredient list :

- Spinach (1 Cup)
- Boiled Green Peas (1/2 Cup)
- Garlic ( 4 - 5 cloves )
- Ginger (1 inch)
- Green Chilli (1 ) ( Put as many as per your taste )
- Oil (1 Tsp)
- Cumin Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Garam Masala (1/2 Tsp)
- Black Pepper (1/4 Tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Boiled & Mashed Potato (1/3 Cup)

For Coating :

- Dry Mix : Flour (1/4 Cup)
- Wet Mix : Flour (1/4 Cup + Water)
- Breadcrumbs

Assembling :

- Ice Berg Lettuce
- Tomato Slice
- Cucumber Slice
- Julienne cut Capsicum
- Julienne cut Onion

Procedure :

Hara Bhara Kebab :

- Grind/ put in chopper : Boiled green peas, Spinach leaves, green chilli, garlic and ginger.
- In a pan, put oil ( Use non stick pan so that minimum oil is used )
- Put the green mix and sute for 2 - 3 min
- Cover and cook for 2 min or until the raw flavor of spinach disappears.
- Put spices : cumin powder, garam masala
- Put seasoning : salt and pepper
- Mix it well
- Put boiled and mashed Potato
- Mix it well
- When the mixture is cooked and it comes together, turn off the stove
- Let it cool
- Shape it into rectangular patty ( Length - 7 cm & breadth - 3.5 cm )
- Put the patties in freezer so that it comes hard
- Cover the patty in dry flour
- Dip it in a slurry ( flour + water )
- Coat with bread crumbs
NOTE : You can store these patties in a ziplock bag up to 7 days and bake whenever you want to eat
- Since it is a healthier version, always prefer baking and not deep
frying the patty
- Bake : Pre - heat Oven at 200C and bake for 20 - 25 min or until the breadcrumbs change its color.
- You can shallow fry them in pan with minimum oil


Assembling :

- Shredded Ice Berg Lettuce
(1/2 Tsp)
- Garam Masala (1/2 Tsp)
- Black Pepper (1/4 Tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Boiled & Mashed Potato (1/3 Cup)

For Coating :

- Dry Mix : Flour (1/4 Cup)
- Wet Mix : Flour (1/4 Cup + Water)
- Breadcrumbs

Assembling :

- Ice Berg Lettuce
- Hara bhara Kebabs
- Tomato Slice
- Cucumber Slice
- Julienne cut Capsicum
- Julienne cut Onion
- Pickled Jalapenos
- Olives
- Burger chips/ Pickled Cucumber

Optional :

- You can put your favorite sauces on it
- I have used Mayonnaise, Harissa Sauce and Barbeque Sauce
