Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 Kg
Water 2 Glass
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 4
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
Oil 4 tbsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot add oil and preheat it and then add onion and fry it until it become into light pink color. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it for 1 minute on medium flame and then add Mutton and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes.

Step 2: After that add salt and stir it and then add 2 glass water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 30 minutes on low flame.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and add Tomato and stir it on medium flame and then add Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Button Red Chilli and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes.

Step 4: After that add Yogurt and use low flame and stir it well and then add Chopped Green Chilli and stir it and then add butter and stir it on high flame for 5 minutes. After that add 1 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 5: After that remove the lid and add Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Garam Masala Powder, Green Coriander, Fresh Cream and stir it well and then turn off the flame and dish out it and garnish with chopped Green Coriander and fresh cream. Your Mutton Makhni is ready.
