Hong Kong Style: Pan Fried Noodle with Stir Fry Mix Seafood & Sauce
For Seafood and also those who love noodle. This is for you. Noodle being first pan fried to crispy stage. Then heavy seafood stir fry's sauce added later, to soak those crispy noodle into tasty textures one.

1½ pounds ---- fresh noodle (factory boiled & oiled)
⅓ cup ---------- cooking oil (for pan frying the noodle)
3 Tbsp ----------- cooking oil (for stir fry seafood mix)
1 Tbsp ----------- each, ginger & garlic (minced)
3 oz. ------------- each, shrimp, baby octopus tentacles, squid slice
2 Tbsp ----------- rice wine
1 pc -------------- baby bok choy (chopped)
½ pc ----------- yellow onion (sliced)
2 oz. ------------- carrot (julienned)
** pre mix sauce *
1½ cup --- chicken broth
2 Tbsp ------- light soy sauce
1 Tbsp ------- each, oyster sauce & corn starch
1 tsp --------- each, sesame oil & sugar
½ tsp ------- white pepper
