Ingredients Grams

Unsalted Butter 114
Brown Sugar 110
Salt 3
Egg 180
Vanilla Flavorr 5
All Purpose Flour / Biscuit Flour 192
Cocoa Powder 85
Baking Powder 5


Method
1. In a mixer, using a paddle to cream Butter, Sugar and Brown sugar with medium speed for 5 minutes. If the butter is hard, place a bowl of hot water under the mixing bowl while mixing.
2. Gradually add in Eggs with Vanilla/Peppermint Essence into the mixer.
