This OREO Recipe will make you scream with joy.. OREO CREPE CAKE ROLL ( No Oven ) easy yet beautiful
We all lover Oreo Recipes but this is so good and easy that all other recipes will fade in front of this one.
I love Crepes and everything made with it. And this Crepe cake roll is simply yummylicious.

Ingredients :

Oreo Milk
- Milk 600 ml
- Crushed Oreos (1/3 Cup) (https://amzn.to/2PW47ME)
- Mix it well
- Rest for 15 min
- Strain it ( This will make the batter smooth and lump free)

Batter :
- All Purpose Flour (2 Cups) (https://amzn.to/2mmIhEA)
- Powdered Sugar (1/3 Cup)
- Baking powder (1/2 Tsp) (https://amzn.to/2JYlKvm)
- Dark Cocoa Powder ( 3 Tbsp) (https://amzn.to/2ke1qYm)
- Mix it well
- Melted Butter (1/3 Cup)
- Gradually add Oreo Milk and mix it well
- Strain it again to remove any lumps
- Rest it for 15 - 20 min
- Rub some butter on the pan
- Pour 1/3 Cup Batter & twirl
- After one sides cooks flip it


Oreo Cream
- Whipping Cream (200 ml) (https://amzn.to/2LMSJj1)
- Icing Sugar (1/3 Cup) (https://amzn.to/2JKviuF)
- Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tsp) (https://amzn.to/2tgDfN1)
- Beat until stiff peaks
- Fold in 1/4 Cup of crushed oreos


Assembling :

- Spread a layer of cream on a crepe
- Slightly overlap it with another crepe
- Roll it tightly
- Repeat this process until all crepes are rolls
- Wrap it in a parchment paper or cling wrap
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Dust some more cocoa powder on the top
- Dust some icing sugar as well
- Cut and Serve
