Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 750 ml Chicken Stock or 1 Chicken Stock Cube to prepare chicken stock
- 4 tbsp Spring Onion
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp crushed Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- Black pepper and Salt


Preparation Method :
— Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl, season with salt and freshly ground pepper and keep a side
—All we need for this recipe is chicken stock, in a deep bottom pan, i have added 750 ml water and then added 3/4 piece of chicken stock cube to prepare chicken stock. You can use directly fresh chicken stock if its available at home.

— When chicken stock comes to boil add Ginger powder, crushed Garlic or garlic powder, and add spring onion, stir well
— Drizzle egg mixture as shown in the video, keep stirring when you drizzle egg into the broth to avoid getting lumps in the soup, when it comes to boil , prepare corn starch slurry ( take corn flour in a small bowl , add little water and mix ) add and stir corn starch mix gradually
— Serve hot Egg Drop Soup immediately
