Muffins in grams:


- 90 gr Corn Meal
- 125 gr All Purpose Flour
- 50 gr Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 200 gr Whole Milk
- 100 gr Corn( shredded)
- 1 Egg
- 40 gr Oil
- 40 gr Butter
- 2 tsp Baking Powder

Makes 6 large muffins, or 12 small muffins. If you are making small muffins, check them after 15 min.


Recipe in cups:


- 3/4 cup Corn Meal
- 1 cup Flour
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp Whole Milk
- 2/3 cup Corn ( Shredded)
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
