Cream of Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled and shredded Chicken
- 1 cup boiled and cubed Chicken
- 4 tbsp Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 500 ml Chicken Stock
- 1 cup Fresh Cream
- Black Pepper
- Salt as per Taste
- Fresh or Dry Parsley

Preparation Method :

Step 1 : Prepare Chicken Chicken Pure
— In a blender add boiled and shredded chicken, add little chicken stock or water and make a fine puree. Then keep a side

Step 2 :
— Now in a large bottom pan add salted butter or you can use even unsalted butter, let the butter get melted and then add all purpose flour to it, stir well so that no lumps are formed
— Add room temperature milk and keep stirring for about 1 min, bring it to boil
— Now add chicken stock, stir well and let it boil again
— Add Chicken Puree
— Add boiled and cubes chicken pieces
— Add salt and ground black pepper
— Add fresh or Parsley
— Add 1 cup fresh cream, still well, bring it to boil
— Serve Fresh Cream of Chicken Soup
