chicken 400gm
ginger paste(adrak ka paste) 1 tsp
garlic paste(lehsun ka paste) 1 tsp
salt(namak) 1/4 tsp
black & white pepper powder(kali or safed mirch powder) 1/4 tsp
veg oil 2 tsp
water 50 ml
coriander leaves(hara dhania) 1/2 fist
lemon juice(nimbu ka ras) of 1 lemon
roasted cumin powder(bhuna zeera powder) 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) 1/4 tsp
chat masala 1/4 tsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp
grated onion(kaddukas ki hui pyaz) 1
tomato ketchup 1 tbsp


For Dough-
wheat flour(atta) 4 cup
coriander leaves(hara dhania)
salt(namak) 1/2 tsp
water as needed
