Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Milk as You Required
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Stuffing Ingredients:

Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
Button Red Chilli 1/2 tsp (Crushed)

Direction:

Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Powder Sugar and mix it well and then add Yogurt and mix it well and then add Oil and mix it well (add milk if required) and then knead it for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it in room temperature for 2 to 4 hours.

Step 2: After that remove the cover and dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and place it and roll it and divide into 2 parts (You can Make 2 Naan with this dough). Now take a part and press it on hand and stuffing with Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and sprinkle some Crushed Button Red Chilli and binding it and then dust on kitchen slab and place it and press it with hands and rolling it.

Step 3: Now take a tawa/pan and preheat it on medium flame. After rolling turn it and brush it with water on it's back side and put it on preheated tawa and cook it for 1 minutes on medium to low flame and then turn the tawa and using medium flame and cook it until it's become into required color. After that brush it with butter and Enjoy it.
