Bihari Masala Powder Ingredients:

Roasted Gram 2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Citric Acid 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
Paprika Powder 2 tbsp
Kachri Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder 1 tsp
Mace Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

Bihari Boti Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 400 gms
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Raw Papaya Paste 1 tbsp
Bihari Masala Powder 2 tbsp
Onion 1 (Chopped & Fried)
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp

Paratha Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Semolina 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ghee/Oil 1 tbsp
Water as you required

Chutney Ingredients:

Imli Pulp 1/2 Cup
Mint 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 6
Powdered Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp

Bihari Masala Powder Direction:

Take a grinder jar and add Roasted Gram, Coriander Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Citric Acid and grind it well and then add Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp, Paprika Powder, Kachri Powder, Salt, Nutmeg Powder, Mace Powder, Garam Masala Powder and grind it again. Your Bihari Masala Powder is Ready.

Bihari Boti Direction:

Take a bowl and add Yogurt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Raw Papaya Paste, Bihari Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Chopped & Fried Onion and mix it well and then add Boneless Chicken and mix it well and then cover it and rest it for 1 hour in room temperature. After that take a pot and add 4 tbsp oil and put this marinated chicken and stir it and cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. After that your Bihari Boti is ready.

Paratha Direction:

Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Semolina, Salt and mix it and then add Ghee/Oil and mix it well and then knead it with water and rest it for 1 hour. After that make small ball and dust dry flour on slab and rolling it and place on preheated tawa and cook it from both side and spread oil both side and cook it. Your Parathas is ready.

Chutney Direction:

Take a grinder jar and add Mint, Green Coriander, Imli Pulp, Button Red Chilli, Powdered Sugar, Cumin Powder and grind it well and then add salt and mix it well. Your Chutney is ready.

Chicken Bihari Roll Direction:

Take a butter paper and place a paratha and put some chicken Bihari Boti and spread some Chutney and roll it and then cut it into 2 parts. Follow this steps for all rolls. Your Chicken Bihari Roll is Ready.
