Resepi mudah untuk menyediakan Ayam Masak Kicap. Resepi ini disediakan oleh Hykal Fikri.
Bahan-Bahan
1. 250 gram ayam
2. 2 sudu kunyit.
3. Garam
4. 3 ulas bawang putih
5. 1 biji bawang besar
6. 1 cm halia
7. 2 batang serai
8. 150ml Kicap
9. 2 sudu sos tiram
10. 1/2 biji cili benggala
11. 1/2 batang cili
12. 250ml air
13. Kentang
14. 1 biji tomato
Cara untuk membuatnya:
1. Ayam dipotong kecil dimasukan bersama 2 sudu kunyit dan 2 sudu garam. Gaul sehingga rata. Goreng ayam tersebut sehingga masak dan toskan ayam tersebut.
2. Masukkan bawang putih, halia dan serai. Masak sehingga naik bau kemudian masukkan 150ml kicap dan 2 sudu sos tiram.
3. Kemudian 1/2 batang cili, 250ml air, garam secukup rasa , kentang dipotong dadu, 1 biji tomato dipotong empat, ayam yang telah digoreng dan bawang. Masak shingga rata.
4. Siap untuk disediakan.
Ingredients

2. 2 tbsp turmeric
3. salt
4. 3 cloves garlic
5. 1 onion (ring cut)
6. 1cm ginger
7. 2 sticks lemongrass
8. 150 ml soy sauce
9. 2 tbsp oyster sauce
10. 1/2 bell paper
11. 1/2 chili
12. 250ml water
13. Potato
14. 1 Tomato
Method
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric. Deep fry the marinate chicken till cook. Remove chicken from fryer and put aside for use later.
2. Use another pan and add garlic, ginger and lemongrass and stir it. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili, water and salt stir and simmer gravy for awhile, add fried potato, chicken and onion.
3. Stir for another minutes and your Ayam Masak Kicap dish is now ready to be served.
