These are a recreation of one of my favorite treats from Disney World in Epcot! I used Campfire® Regular marshmallows, store-bought gluten-free graham crackers (which were the perfect cute size), covered them in melted dark chocolate, and drizzled with melted caramel candies. Super simple and delicious!
