Ingredients-

1 Cup chickpea flour (besan)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
350 ml water
¼ tsp baking soda
1½ tsp baking powder

For sugar syrup-
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp black mustard seeds (raai)
5-6 Green chillies
2 cup water (500ml)
½ cup sugar
