Ingredients in grams:

- 400 gr Whole Milk
- 60 gr Sugar ( you can adjust the amount of sugar to your personal taste and according to how sweet your chocolate is)
- 200 gr Dark Chocolate( 50 - 70% cocoa)
- 2 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Pinch of Salt

Allow the pudding to cool in fridge for 2 hours before serving. Holds up 1 week.

- 7 ounces Dark Chocolate (50 - 70% cocoa)

- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Pinch of Salt
