How to make Japanese Style Chestnuts Cake "Kuri Manju" Wagashi
i made Japanese traditional style sweets"Wagashi" Chestnuts Cake called"Kurimanju"
it's sweet, with a simple flavor,and taste is so yummy;)
if you come to Japan,please try Kurimanju.it is sold in Autumn at Wagashi shop in Japan.

ingredients
30g egg
30g sugar
1/2 tsp honey
10g butter
100g flour(sifted with 2g baking powder)
160g white sweet bean paste "Shiroan"
8-10 candied chestnuts
poppy seeds
egg yolk

baking time
preheated 180 degrees oven for about 15mins
