- 215 gr All Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups )
- 10 gr Cocoa Powder (1 1/2 tbsp)
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 200 gr White Sugar (1 cup)
- 180 gr Buttermilk ( 3/4 cup )
- 1 tbsp Vinegar( white or apple cider vinegar)
- 150 gr Softened Butter (1 1/4 sticks)
- 3 Eggs
- Burgundy Food Coloring
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract


Ingredients for the White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting:

- 600 gr cold Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 21 ounces)
- 115 gr soft Butter ( 1 stick)
- 300 gr White Chocolate ( 11 ounces) + 2 tbsp butter
- 250 gr Powdered Sugar ( 2 cups)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pomegranate Bath:

- 60 gr Pomegranate Juice ( 1/4 cup)
- 2 tbsp Sugar

Ingredients for the Ganache Drip:

- 125 gr White Chocolate ( 4.5 ounces)
- 40 gr Milk Chocolate (1.5 ounces)
- 60 gr Heavy Cream ( 1/4 cups)
- Burgundy Food Coloring
