Drunken Ginger Chicken Soup with Chinese Black Mushrooms
Here is soup making that in China, use to regain strength for new mother, after she gave birth. But everyone can enjoy this too. So, I made some for my old lady. She needed more strength to use the baker's rolling pin on me, if I come home late again. LOL...

1½ cups ---- shaoxing rice wine
