Ingrediens:

Flat Iron Steaks
Japanese Mayo
Cucumber
Miso paste (1 tablespoon)
Rice wine vinegar
Bonito flakes
Roasted onions
Scallions
Toasted sesame
Sweet Chili Sauce

Cut the cucumber into fine „noodle style“ slices (julienne). Pour around 6 table spoons of rice wine vinegar with, add 1 tablespoon of miso paste, mix well and add the cucumber noodles. Leave to marinade for at least 30 min.

Grill the steaks from both sides to desired core temperature, leave to rest for 5-10 min and slice across the grain. Place the cucumber onto a plate and add the steak on top. Garnish with Japanese mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, some roasted onions & toasted sesame seeds and finely diced scallions. Finish this amazing umami bomb with some bonito flakes and enjoy!
