Ingredients to make Potato Cheese Shots :

Step 1 : Potato Mix

- Potatoes (500 grams) (Boiled and refrigerated overnight)
- Green Chili Paste (1/2 Tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Garlic Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Black Pepper (1/4 Tsp)
- Basil (1/4 Tsp)
- Red chili Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Oregano (1/2 Tsp)
- Chopped Cheddar Cheese (1/3 Cup)

Step 2 : Potato Shots assembling & frying

- All purpose flour (1/3 Cup) ( Dry coating )
- All purpose flour (1/2 Cup)
- Water (as required to make a slurry)
- Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
