Ingredients

1 tubs creamy ricotta (low-fat is fine)
3 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp finely grated orange zest
2 cup quartered fresh strawberries
1 oz sweet Marsala
