have you ever seen this fruit?
i made marmalade with this fruit "Buddha's Hand Citrus".it's called "Bushukan" in Japanese,and also bushukan is known as a lucky fruit.
it's so weird,isn't it? but marmalade of Bushukan is so yummy!

sugar(a half of boiled bushukan)
