Easy Shrimp Ramen, perfect for this cold Winter!
Here you have a super easy recipe for this cold winter days! I hope you like it!

Ingredients:

500 g Shrimp (Cleaned, peeled and deveined)
1 cup bean sprouts
1 can (14.5 oz) baby corn (cut in chunks)
1 cup Baby spinach
1 chopped red bell pepper
¼ - ½ cup chopped green onion (+ for serving)
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 - 5 cup ramen broth or Vegetable broth
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
5 oz rice noodles (or ramen noodles)
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Satl (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp vegetable oil
Chopped cilantro to serve
