Coconut Marble Cake | Kitchen Time with Neha
I love coconut cake and I really love chocolate marble cake. So I decided to put the two together and create this lovely Chocolate Marble Cake. And let me tell you, this cake did not disappoint.
This cake is very simple to make and very, very simple to eat too. ;) The texture is soft and fluffy. And it tastes so very much like 'Bounty' chocolate but probably way better. Try it out for yourself. Happy Baking! :) #KitchenTimewithNeha #Baking
Ingredients:
*6 tbsp (75 g) butter, at room temperature (I used Amul)
*3/4 cup (150 g) sugar, powdered
*1 tsp baking powder
*1 tsp vanilla extract
*2 eggs, at room temperature
*1/2 cup milk, at room temperature
*1 cup + 2 tbsp (145 g) all purpose flour (maida)
*1/4 cup (40 g) dark chocolate, melted
*1 cup sweetened coconut flakes (recipe on my channel, link below)
