Fudge Brownie Recipe:

- 280 gr Butter ( 2 1/2 stick)
- 350 gr Chocolate 70% cocoa ( 13 Ounces)
- 1 or 2 tbsp Coffee
- 4 Large Eggs
- 150 gr All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 30 gr Cocoa Powder ( 3 tbsp )
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 400 gr Sugar ( 2 cups )
