Ingredients:

1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water (60 ml)
500 g Cream Cheese (Room temperature) (2 1/4 c)
320 g Nutella (1 cup)
240 ml Heavy Cream (1 cup)
2 tbsp Cocoa Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (12g)
85g Powdered Sugar ( ¾ cup)
2 prepared graham crust pans

Ingredients for decoration:
160g Nutella (1/2 cup)
60 g Heavy whipping cream (1/4 cup)
Heart Shaped Marshmallows
Or Valentine’s Day Marshmallows
+Chopped Pecans (optional)
+Whipped Cream (optional)
