Pecan Pie Bars | Kitchen Time with Neha
The combination of nuts, caramel and a buttery crust can be heavenly. And so are these Pecan Pie Bars! If you love pecan pie or walnut pie, you will fall in love with these delicious Pecan Pie Bars which are SO much easier to make.

Ingredients: (Makes approx. 12 slices)

For the crust:

*1 cup (125 g) all purpose flour
*1/4 cup (50 g) powdered sugar
*1/2 cup (100 g) butter (salted), at room temperature

For the caramel pecan topping:

*1/4 cup (50 g) butter
*1/4 cup (50 g) brown sugar
*1/4 cup (85 g) honey
*1 tbsp fresh cream
*1 egg, at room temperature
*1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*1 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped (you can use any nuts of your choice)
