Today I am eating simple vegan food in my old hood. I ate at a restaurant called Shangri La Vegan. It's a macrobiotic restaurant in Oakland California. My mom was actually the head chef wayyy back in the day when it was called The Macrobiotic Center. We lived in the house right across the street. So it was literally in my old hood. I love to eat simple healthy vegan foods like this. How about you?
