The Staff Canteen continued its new series of #TSCLive college tours, celebrating hospitality as a great career choice, by bringing a selection of top chefs back to Bournemouth and Poole College. Adam Byatt of Michelin-starred Trinity restaurant; The Pig Group's James Golding; Pip Lacey of Hicce in London and Tom Rhodes, executive chef at Twickenham Stadium went back to Bournemouth and Poole College. The panel spoke to 70 students about what an amazing career hospitality can be.
