Lauki Chana Dal Recipe

Ingredients
½ kg Ghiya/Lauki/Bottle Gourd
1 cup / 200g Chana dal/Split bengal gram
4 cup / 1 litre water
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tbsp ghee / clarified butter
2 tbsp oil
1 onion (medium size)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tomatoes (medium size)
handful fresh coriander leaves
