1.5 cup milk
2 tbsp corn flour starch
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup 90-100g milk chocolate

SOAKING SYRUP:
1/2 cup hot water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp coffee powder, instant

Chocolate ganache:
1/3 or 85 ml cup heavy or double cream
1/2 cup or 90 g semi sweet chocolate
