Flower agar jelly is fun and easy to make.
Agar agar is a vegan jelly made from seaweed. It has firm and crunchy texture.


Recipe makes about 12 flowers

1 Cup water
1 Cup coconut milk
1/2 Tbsp agar agar powder
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Tsp salt
Any food colors you like

Note: If the agar mixture sets too fast while mixing colors just warm in the microwave and stir until it melts.
