1 litre cow's milk
(or 1 litre full cream buffalo milk)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup/250g sugar
1 tbsp corn flour /arrowroot (ararot)
4 cup / 1 litre water
1 tbsp Keora Water (Kevda Pani)
