Resepi :

- 75g tepung gandum
- 1/2 sudu kecil tepung penaik (baking powder)
- 1 tsp tepung beras
- 1 biji telur (besar)
- 1/4 cawan + 1 sudu besar gula halus
- 1/2 sudu kecil esen vaniila
- 50g mentega (salted)
- 125g dark chocolate compound/coklat masakan gelap
- hirisan kacang lamond + coklat chips untuk topping

* Resepi ini menghasilkan 3 dulang brownie cookies nipis yang bersaiz 9 x 11 inci
