Here you have another great mexican inspired dish, it’s perfect on the grill or in the oven! I hope you can give it a try!

Ingredients:

6 whole tilapias
100 g Guajillo dry chilies
3 garlic cloves
1 cube chicken flavor bouillon
1 tsp whole cumin
2 Bay leaves
10 Pipitilla dry chilies ( Puya Chiles) (or 4 de Arbol Chilies)
1/4 cup white vinegar
salt ( to taste )
Black Pepper ( to taste)
2 tbsp Extra virgin Olive oil
