How to use Switz Samosa Patti:
•When you want to use them, you can remove from deep freezer, keep them in room temperature for about 45-60 mins before use. While you are using the sheets, its suggested to cover the rest of the sheets with a moist/damp cloth so that the sheets don’t dry and start breaking.
Use karne se pehle deep freezer se nikal ke 45-60mins room temperate me rakhe, aur fir use kare. Use karte waqt baki sheets ko upar saaf geela kapda rakh de taki sheets sookh na jaye.
INGREDIENTS:
50 gm tutti frutti
50 gm Grated coconut
½ cup powder sugar
2 pinch Cardamom powder
oil to fry
1tbsp All purpose flour+some water =Slurry
