COCONUT CHIA PUDDING with Mango and Jelly
Coconut chia pudding is healthy and easy to make. It’s great for on the go breakfast, snack or dessert.
Chia seeds are among the healthiest foods on the planet. They are packed with protein, omega-3s, fiber and antioxidants.

For agar jelly
1 Cup water
1 Tsp agar agar powder
4 Tbsp sugar

For coconut syrup
1 Cup coconut milk-full fat
1/3-1/2 Cup sugar or sweetener of your choice
1 1/2 Cups water
1/4 Tsp salt

1-2 Ripe mangoes-diced
2-3 Tbsp chia seeds
