Dim Sum: Sweet Coconut Rice Bar

2½ cups --- glutinous rice (raw) (soaked in water overnight)
2¼ cups --- coconut milk
½ cup ------ white sugar for coconut flakes toppings:
1¼ cups ----- coconut, (shredded, unsweetened)
¼ cup -------- coconut milk
2 Tbsp ------- brown sugar
2 Tbsp ------- water Here is what we ate after having lot of dim sum food stuffs. A sweet delicious treat for the satisfied tummy. Sticky Rice with Coconut milk and coconut flakes.
