S'mores Cake in gr and cups:
- 60 gr Butter (1/2 Stick)
- 40 gr Brown Sugar ( 3 1/2 tbsp)
- 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1/8tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 2 gratings of Nutmeg
- 80 gr All Purpose Flour ( 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 60 gr Buttermilk ( 1/4 cup )
- 1 Egg
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- Marshmallows & Chocolate
If you don't have buttermilk you can substitute the buttermilk with 60 gr Milk(1/4 cup) + 1/4 tsp vinegar.
NOTE: This cake is meant to be served warm. If you aren't serving the cake right away preheat your oven again before putting the cake to broil. This will allow the chocolate to melt as well.
