Stir Fry Beef Bell Peppers
For Meat lovers. Here , a stir fry cooking that you might like. Stir fry tender beef flanks with red and green bell pepper to perfection. Enjoy.

6 oz. -------- beef flank steak (slice thinly against the grain)
1 Tbsp ------ Shaoxing rice wine (for meat marinade)
1 Tbsp ------ light soy sauce (for meat marinade)
1 tsp --------- corn starch (for meat marinade)
1 Tbsp ------- cooking oil (to be added to meat prior to cooking)
2 Tbsp ------- cooking oil (for actual stir-frying)
1 Tbsp ------- fresh garlic (minced)
1/8 tsp ------- five spice powder
1 oz ---------- dried shiitake mushrooms (1/2 hr water soaked, sliced)
1 whole ------ each, small red and green bell pepper (sliced)
1 whole ------ yellow onion, small (wedge slice)
* pre mixed sauce **
1/4 cup ------- water
1 Tbsp -------- each, light soy sauce & sesame oil
1 tsp ---------- each, beef bouillon & corn starch
1/8 tsp -------- white pepper
Tip: Soak mushrooms overnight to completely softened
