Cream Buns Recipe / Soft Milk Buns Recipe

Cream buns / Milk buns recipe in grams and cups:

- 350 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 2(3 cups)
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet )
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 210 gr Warm Milk ( 3/4 cup + 3 tbsp)
- 60 gr Soft Butter ( 1/2 stick)
- 2 tsp Vanilla paste/extract


Once the buns cool, store them in a ziplock bag to keep them soft.
Fill them just before serving.

Cream Filling:

- 300 gr Heavy Cream
- 2 -3 tbsp Sugar ( depending how sweet you like your cream)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- Powdered Sugar to dust on top.

These milk buns/ cream buns are really popular here in Rome :) We call them Maritozzi con panna.
