NO-BAKE INDULGENCE CAKE
*This recipe uses round spring form pan of size 8 inch
*This cake is best consumed after been refrigerated overnight

Recipe :

No bake indulgence cake :

- 300g marie biscuits ( break into half each piece of biscuit)
- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup milo
- 1 egg (grade A)
- 250 g butter (salted)

Cream cheese layer :

- 250g cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 50g caster sugar
- 120g whipping cream
- 12g gelatin powder
- 50ml boiling water

Chocolate ganache layer :

- 3/4 cup UHT Whipping cream (hot)
- 200g dark chocolate compund
- 1 tbsp butter (salted)
